An easy and very beautiful 1 hour 30 minute loop walk to a slightly underwhelming waterfall.

If we could only do one walk in Nelson Lakes, we'd make it this one. Absolutely gorgeous forest. And maybe it's the sheer magnificence of this forest that makes the big waterfall at the end seem, well, a bit of a letdown. However, on the way back out, we pass right by a small series of waterfalls that are gob-smackingly beautiful.
