LAKE MATHESON WALK - Westland Tai Poutini National Park
An easy and beautiful 1 hour 30 minutes 4.4 km loop walk. This walk is assisted wheelchair friendly as far as the Jetty Viewpoint (40 mins return). For the best reflection of Mt Cook and Mt Tasman, be at Reflection Island viewpoint at dawn or sunset when there is no wind and preferably no cloud on the mountaintops.
